Overview
A well-established and forward-thinking accountancy firm in Bexhill is looking for a new Tax Accountant to join their growing team. Known for their excellent training and development pathways, this firm offers a supportive environment and genuine career progression. You’ll be working closely with experienced tax professionals and partners across a varied client base.

This is a full-time, office-based role with flexible working considered after probation.

Salary is dependent on experience and qualifications.

Duties

• Prepare personal and corporate tax returns for a range of clients
• Assist with tax planning and advisory projects
• Liaise with clients to gather information and resolve queries
• Support senior staff with more complex tax matters
• Maintain accurate records and ensure deadlines are met
• Communicate with HMRC regarding client tax affairs
• Contribute to team development and knowledge sharing

What we're looking for
A successful candidate would have a variety of knowledge across practice tax principles in UK practice and live within a 1hr commute. Qualifications are desirable but not necessary.
