New Homes Sales Consultant (Temporary)

New Homes Sales Consultant (Temporary) – Cranbrook, Kent – Immediate Start

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced New Homes Sales Consultant to support a residential development in Cranbrook on a temporary basis, starting as soon as possible.

Working Hours:

• Initially Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 – 4:00
• Potential to increase to 5 days per week
• Must be available throughout October

Please note: This is a sole-working role, so candidates must be confident working independently on site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcoming and assisting prospective buyers with property viewings
• Taking reservations and completing all associated documentation
• Explaining site plans and development layouts clearly and professionally
• Providing a high level of customer service throughout the sales process

About you:

• Essential: Previous experience in new homes sales or as a residential sales negotiator
• Strong understanding of site plans and development layouts
• Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities confidently
• IT literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ideally experienced with CRM systems
