Overview

An outstanding firm in Medway is on the lookout for a new Payroll Administrator to join the team! They pride themselves on offering a personable service to their clients so excellent communication skills would be highly desirable. 

This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a well-established and growing payroll division, working in a flexible and hybrid environment.

This role is Monday–Friday, 37.5 hours per week.

Salary depends on experience/qualifications. Higher salaries can be discussed.

Duties

• Organise workload to ensure timely and accurate payroll service to clients
•  Process payrolls for a variety of client types
•  Administer pensions across varying schemes
•  Review payrolls prepared by other team members
•  Communicate directly with payroll clients
•  Apply payroll legislation knowledge to resolve client queries
•  Liaise with HMRC on behalf of clients
•  Support other payroll-related ad-hoc duties

What we're looking for

A successful candidate will have some experience in a UK practice/bureau payroll and live within a 45min commute.
