Overview
An outstanding firm in Medway is on the lookout for a new Payroll Administrator to join the team! They pride themselves on offering a personable service to their clients so excellent communication skills would be highly desirable.
This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a well-established and growing payroll division, working in a flexible and hybrid environment.
This role is Monday–Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
Salary depends on experience/qualifications. Higher salaries can be discussed.
Duties
- Organise workload to ensure timely and accurate payroll service to clients
- Process payrolls for a variety of client types
- Administer pensions across varying schemes
- Review payrolls prepared by other team members
- Communicate directly with payroll clients
- Apply payroll legislation knowledge to resolve client queries
- Liaise with HMRC on behalf of clients
- Support other payroll-related ad-hoc duties
What we're looking for
A successful candidate will have some experience in a UK practice/bureau payroll and live within a 45min commute.
