Our client, a growing and well-established business is seeking a Contract Support Administrator to join their friendly and supportive team in Tonbridge.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in ensuring contracts run smoothly, supporting engineers, and delivering an excellent service to clients.
The Role
As a Contract Support Administrator, you will act as a central point of coordination between engineers, management, and clients. You will be responsible for keeping contracts compliant, organised, and running efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support across service and maintenance contracts
- Raise and process job orders, service calls, and reactive works
- Schedule engineers, subcontractors, and call-outs
- Monitor KPIs, service visits, and attendance records
- Prepare quotations, variations, and supporting documentation
- Raise purchase orders and process supplier invoices
- Maintain accurate contract records, reports, and asset registers
- Liaise with clients regarding job updates and service arrangements
- Support compliance processes including RAMS, certifications, and service logs
- Assist with monthly reporting and contract performance reviews
About You
- Previous experience in a contract support, contract administration, or service coordination role
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Confident communicator (phone and email)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
Desirable
- Experience within engineering, facilities management, access control, gates, or similar sectors
- Familiarity with CAFM or job management systems
- Understanding of service contracts and compliance requirements
