Residential Sales Negotiator, Nr Sevenoaks – £25,000 - £30,000 DOE + Commission

Are you an ambitious sales professional looking to elevate your career? We’re on the lookout for an experienced and driven Residential Sales Negotiator to join our client’s dynamic and highly successful team near Sevenoaks.

Key Responsibilities: -

• Onboarding Properties
• Registering clients
• Arranging and accompanying viewings
• Obtaining viewing feedback and negotiating sales
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Overseeing sales progression
• Delivering consistently high levels of service and communication
• Understanding client requirements to ensure efficient and tailored service

Requirements: -

• Minimum of one years' recent experience in a similar role
• Passion for providing a first class, professional, and friendly service
• Proactive attitude with a positive, can-do approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload
• Proficiency in IT
• Well presented
• Full UK driving license
• Live within a commutable distance of Sevenoaks
