Part 2/3 Architect

Our client are seeking a talented and experienced Architect to join their team just outside of Tunbridge Wells. As a p2/3 Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various residential architectural projects. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong technical skills, creativity, and attention to detail.

This role is situated within a team of passionate and likeminded individuals, you will have the opportunity to learn from others in your field and progress your career within this company.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, goals, and budget for the project
- Create architectural designs using software such as REVIT and AutoCAD
- Develop detailed drawings, blueprints, and specifications for construction
- Conduct site visits to assess the feasibility of the project and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure smooth project execution
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and interns

The candidate:

- Driving license and access to car
- Part 2 qualification
- Proficiency in REVIT and AutoCAD
- Experience in project management and coordination
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design purposes
- Experience with CAD software for drafting and modeling
