As an Admin Assistant/Receptionist, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations within a busy department.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Welcoming clients with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Onboarding clients using accounting and tax software.
• Managing telephone inquiries efficiently, transferring calls to the appropriate departments.
• Supporting invoicing processes.
• Collaborating with the accounting team to electronically file tax and accounting documents.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
