Key Responsibilities
- Handling a full spectrum of commercial property matters including:
- Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold commercial premises
- Commercial leases (granting, assignment, renewal, variation)
- Landlord and tenant work
- Development matters and site acquisitions
- Property finance and refinancing
- Providing sound legal and commercial advice to a broad client base
- Managing transactions from initial instruction through to completion
- Supporting business development efforts and maintaining strong client relationships
- Working closely with colleagues across our offices and practice areas
About you:
- A qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with a minimum of 2 years PQE in commercial property
- A confident and commercially aware adviser with strong technical skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Capable of managing files independently while being an active team player
- A proactive, professional, and well-organised approach to work
- Experience with development or investment portfolios would be advantageous but not essential
