An opportunity has been created within a well established Property Management company to join part of their dynamic and developing team in Peterborough! They are looking for their next member of the tenant management team ensuring tenants feel valued, supported and at home at all times.

You will be a key point of contact for Tenants, Clients, Landlords and Contractors. A good level of organisation is needed to monitor the contractors and works from the office whilst ensuring compliance and Health & Safety is maintained.

Once a tenant gets in touch regarding an issue, you will actively arrange repairs / maintenance / refurbishments and will need to prioritise which are more important whilst working to a budget.

Other responsibilities include actively seeking new business alongside recording / reporting all financial aspects of maintenance and lettings performance.

An extensive training programme and an inclusive environment will help you grow and develop within this company as they guide you through the 3 levels of ARLA and enhance your property management knowledge.

This is a full-time and permanent position circa £25,000 +benefits.
