Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing, modern accountancy firm in a pivotal client-facing role.

This is a great fit for someone who enjoys managing a sizeable portfolio, delivering high-quality service, and mentoring a team in a forward-thinking environment. You’ll work closely with Partners and other senior staff to continue building the firm’s reputation for quality, service and support.

Duties

• Managing a diverse client portfolio
• Reviewing accounts, ensuring compliance and accuracy
• Supporting and coaching junior team members
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Attending networking and business development events
• Delivering advice with a commercial mindset and professional confidence
• Monitoring targets and team performance
• Acting as a positive role model across the business

Salary is dependent on experience. Higher salaries can always be discussed.
