Administrative Assistant/Receptionist – Bromley Office
Salary:   £25,000
Hours:   Monday to Thursday, 8:30am – 4:00pm
Location:   Bromley

Are you an organised, approachable, and detail-oriented individual who enjoys supporting a busy team? A respected law firm in Bromley is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to become a vital part of their office operations.

About the Firm:
This long-established law firm is known for its commitment to delivering exceptional client service with professionalism and integrity. You’ll be part of a collaborative and friendly environment where your contributions are valued and your development is supported.

Your Role:
Acting as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will also play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of administrative processes within the office.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Create, update, and manage case files and file requests
  • Handle archiving and assist with file management systems
  • Maintain a tidy, welcoming reception area and office environment
  • Provide general administrative support across departments
  • Respond promptly to internal queries with a professional approach
  • Keep the team informed on file movements and document updates
  • Greet all visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Organise meeting rooms and manage bookings
