Accounts Assistant, Sevenoaks - £27,000 - £30,000

An exciting opportunity awaits you to become an integral part of a dynamic team as an Accounts Assistant. Join a well-established specialist in the construction industry and take your career to new heights.

My client is a leading player in the construction industry, committed to delivering excellence in all that they do. They are dedicated to upholding the highest standards and pushing the boundaries of innovation.

As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the finance department. Your responsibilities will include managing purchase and sales ledgers, processing payments, reconciliations, timesheet management, assisting with CIS/VAT returns, expense management, and handling ad-hoc finance functions.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Sage 50, Excel (including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and Microsoft Word.
  • Minimum of 3 year of experience in a similar role.
  • AAT Level qualification or higher is preferred
  • Previous experience in the construction industry is preferred but not essential.

  • Strong time management abilities.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Proactive, focused, and self-motivated.

 

Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:30hrs
