Are you a hands-on, detail-driven professional with a passion for logistics and fulfilment? We’re on the lookout for a proactive and experienced Mailing & Fulfilment Supervisor to join our client’s dynamic operations team.
In this pivotal role, you'll lead a small team and take ownership of delivering high-quality internal and external mailing and fulfilment services. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead, support, and supervise a team of permanent and temporary staff in daily mailing and fulfilment operations.
- Develop and implement best-practice procedures across fulfilment, working closely with internal account teams and clients.
- Stay up to date with Royal Mail/carrier regulations and tariffs to ensure compliance and cost-efficiency.
- Oversee data management tasks, including mail merging and document handling.
- Manage relationships with third-party mailing houses and suppliers to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain quality control procedures to ensure exceptional client experiences.
- Prepare regular reports for management and support the invoicing process from quote to completion.
- Handle pricing and quoting responsibilities and provide account management support as needed.
What They’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in mailing, fulfilment, or logistics management, with team and supplier management.
- Proven ability to lead people and improve processes or projects.
- Solid experience with data management and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of quoting, pricing, and invoicing workflows.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Flexible, proactive, and able to adapt in a fast-moving environment.
