Our client, based in Westerham, UK, is seeking a fluent Arabic speaker to join their specialised metal recycling division. With operations spanning Europe and Asia—including facilities in Spain and Taiwan—the company is a key player in the global recycling of spent catalysts and other metal-rich secondary materials. As they continue to grow, this role offers the chance to contribute to an innovative team committed to sustainability and responsible resource management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the trading team in the global purchase and sale of metal-containing secondary materials.
• Build and maintain relationships with processors and industry partners, while actively identifying new opportunities.
• Engage with companies across diverse sectors worldwide to explore potential collaborations.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade exhibitions.
• Manage end-to-end commercial transactions, including contract negotiation, shipment coordination, and profit/loss analysis.
• Work closely with logistics and operations teams to ensure efficient and compliant trade execution.
• Report directly to the Head of Recycling.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Background in trading, oil & gas, petrochemicals, catalyst production, or international logistics.
• Exposure to LME metals and FastMarkets is advantageous but not essential.
• Knowledge of Incoterms and containerized freight/logistics operations is desirable.
• Fluency in Russian is a must.
