Warehouse Operative – Sevenoaks | c£25,000 per annum

Are you a reliable and hardworking individual with a passion for warehouse operations? Join our client’s dynamic logistics team in Sevenoaks and play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient inventory management.

We’re looking for someone with hands-on experience in picking, packing, and materials handling, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in maintaining a well-organised workspace.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Accurately pick and pack items based on order specifications
• Prepare and dispatch goods efficiently and on time
• Receive and book in stock following warehouse procedures
• Operate warehouse equipment and assist with inventory control
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment

What They’re Looking For:

• Previous warehouse experience
• Confident in picking & packing processes
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy items safely – Up to 30kgs
• Familiar with warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Experience in shipping, receiving, and inventory control
• Experience using Counterbalance, Bendi, Pickers, and Forklift trucks is highly desirable
• Forklift licence (preferred but not essential)
