An established and impressive manufacturer is on the lookout for a Sales Support/ Administrator in their offices in Tonbridge. In a creative and artistic industry, they are a hardworking and collaborative team, that prides themselves on ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment; working closely across all internal teams, your role would be a varied one striving towards success!

This position would be to offer any sales support or administration support across all departments, in an operational and customer focused role!

Duties

  • Liaising with clients regarding orders, accounts and queries.
  • Processing orders, quotes, deliveries and returns.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and communication.
  • Navigate CRM systems and ensuring they are up to date.
  • Supporting the sales team.
  • Managing inboxes, handling telephone queries and resolve all issues.

 

What we’re looking for…

A successful candidate for this role will be able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication and organisational skills, proficiency in using the computer and CRM systems, ability to liaise with customers and clients!

 

Excellent offices in Tonbridge!

28-32 hours per week

14-15 months maternity cover

Whilst the role is a fixed term contract, as the company is evolving there could be the opportunity for expansion and exploration of lengthening the contract or permanent positions.

Salary £26,000-27,000 (dependent upon experience), on a pro-rata basis
