Are you a driven, solutions-focused leader with experience in residential lettings, inventory, or property management? Do you thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments and excel at building strong client relationships?
We are recruiting a Customer Success Manager for a market-leading property services business. In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee the end-to-end client journey, manage a high-performing operations team, and ensure exceptional service delivery across national accounts. You’ll also grow and support their affiliate network, manage complaints, and identify opportunities to expand services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard and develop new clients
- Manage national accounts and affiliate network
- Lead, mentor, and develop a customer operations team
- Handle complaints and resolve day-to-day challenges
- Ensure quality control and process excellence
- Identify growth opportunities across client accounts
What They’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in residential lettings, inventory, or property management
- Strong team management and leadership experience
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Proactive, problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Experience in high-volume, service-driven environments
- Tech-savvy with experience of CRM or reporting systems
- Driver with your own vehicle
