This is an exciting opportunity to earn while you learn, gaining hands-on experience while working towards a Building Services Engineering degree through a 3-year university day release programme. Full training and support will be provided to help you develop into a skilled engineer.

What you’ll do:

• Day to day running of Projects.
• Estimating Project from drawings.
• Take off materials/plant and place orders.
• Attending site meetings and carry out site surveys.
• Coordination between other contractors
• Take instructions from clients, make necessary changes.
• Cost variations.
• Produce final account.
• Compile Operating & Maintenance manual.
• Safety and Quality control of the project.
• Understand how air conditioning ventilation and heating systems work.
• Design, pipe sizing and duct sizing.
• Work alongside experienced engineers to learn practical skills.
• Gain invaluable experience while completing your degree.

• A-level Maths and a Science (essential).
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
• Strong interest in engineering and building services.
• Ideally, a full driving licence and own car.
• Enthusiasm, motivation, and a willingness to learn.
