About the role:
This is a varied and engaging position where no two days are the same. You'll split your time between the office and conducting property viewings, giving you full exposure to the estate agency process. It's an exceptionally rare opportunity to enter the industry without prior experience.

What we're looking for:

• A confident, clear communicator
• Strong organisational skills
• Someone well presented and comfortable speaking with clients daily
• A proactive individual who enjoys working both independently and as part of a team
• Local knowledge of Tunbridge Wells is an advantage (but not essential)
• A full driving licence is required

You will manage your own desk and work within the local area. As with most property roles, you'll work every Saturday, but you'll receive a day off in lieu.

You will be in change of the sales process from start to finish. 

Dealing with a diverse background of clients who are looking to buy and sell properties, while working alongside a great team of talented experts who have developed their understanding within the sector.

Conducting viewings alongside a great sales negotiator and really being able to learn the ropes of the role.

Being in the heart of Tunbridge wells you will need to have local knowledge to be considered for the role.

Having a car and being able to drive is essential for this opportunity.

Communication, organisation and administration

Having some administration experience would be beneficial as it would relate to this opportunity really well.
