About the Role

Recruitment Solutions is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established, friendly firm seeking a Private Client Legal Secretary to join their highly regarded team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced legal secretary who wants to work in a supportive environment that delivers exceptional client care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing high-quality administrative and secretarial support to solicitors within the Private Client department
  • Assisting with matters relating to:
    • Wills
    • Tax
    • Probate
    • Estate administration
  • Managing digital dictation and producing accurate documentation
  • Handling diary management and appointment scheduling
  • Communicating professionally with clients via telephone and email
  • Maintaining confidentiality and upholding excellent standards of service

 

About You

  • Previous experience in a legal secretarial role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Confident with digital dictation and Microsoft Office
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively
