An established manufacturer and installer within the construction industry is on the lookout for a NEW Operations Manager to oversee construction projects from concept to completion! They are a welcoming, friendly and supportive team dedicated to growth and delivering exceptional projects and products.

Taking ownership for projects completely…. this a varied role with client satisfaction and the successful delivery of projects at its core…

Duties would include:

• Create plans according to client briefs and ideas
• Take full responsibility for projects, managing all aspects
• Ensure compliance to regulations and laws
• Be the lead for all communication and coordination surrounding projects
• Manage budgets, ensuring quotes, updates and invoices are correct
• Manage contractors and installation teams
• Liaise with clients, customers and stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships

Salary £45,000-55,000+ bonus scheme
