Client Relationship Manager (Contract Lead), Near Sevenoaks, up to £45,000
We are working with a well-established and growing service-based business near Sevenoaks who are looking to appoint an experienced Client Relationship Manager / Contract Lead. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys owning key client relationships while remaining closely involved in day-to-day operational delivery.
This role would suit a confident account or contract professional who can balance hands-on service delivery with strategic client engagement, acting as a trusted advisor to high-value clients.
The Role
As Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key clients, ensuring service excellence and long-term retention. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure contracts are delivered efficiently, on time, and to agreed service levels.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as the main point of contact for assigned clients
- Building strong, long-term client relationships through regular communication
- Overseeing and supporting day-to-day contract operations including job logging, scheduling, RAMS, PPMs, call-outs, invoicing, and customer tickets
- Handling escalated client issues and providing clear, solutions-focused responses
- Conducting regular client review calls and meetings
- Preparing and issuing monthly client performance reports
- Working closely with technical and sales teams to resolve issues and identify growth opportunities
- Supporting, mentoring, and guiding Contract Support team members
The Ideal Candidate
We are keen to speak with candidates who have:
- Proven experience in a client-facing, account management, or contract management role
- Experience within a service-led or field-based environment
- Strong knowledge of contract administration and SLA-driven service delivery
- Experience using field service management systems such as Joblogic, simPRO, or similar
You will also be:
- A confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
- Proactive, organised, and client-focused
- Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable leading by example and supporting junior team members
Desirable (but not essential):
- Facilities management, HVAC, or engineering services background
- Experience managing key or strategic accounts
