You will become part of a busy and growing team environment, and receive full and ongoing training as well as professional qualification opportunity.
Day-to-day, in a varied and completely dynamic role you will coordinate administrative processes on behalf of clients from start-to-completion:-
PA-style support - Diary planning and management
Telephone, email and written client communication
Onboarding clients, following regulatory processes and checks
Drafting documents and contracts
Maintaining accurate and updated digital case files
Preparing financial information submissions (including tax self assessments and returns)
Ongoing client service and support to completion
In a diverse and interesting role where no two days are the same... this would suit someone with strong transferrable administrative skills, good numeracy and written and verbal English communication. Any exposure to working in finance, financial services, the legal sector, banking, or more broadly in professional services would be beneficial. =
£26-30,000
