This position will be to play a key part in resourcing exceptional talent working in a busy environment alongside a sales team…
Duties would include:
- Sourcing candidates through job board posts, databases, social media etc
- Proactively headhunt relevant candidates
- Build up talent pipelines
- Liaising with sales team
- Matching candidates to live vacancies
- Manage candidate expectations and provide feedback
- Conducting interviews and pre screen calls
- Qualifying candidates’ skills, experience, and role suitability
