Our client is expanding and is now looking for an experienced Facilities Maintenance Coordinator to join their busy team. You’ll be the key link between engineers, clients, and suppliers — keeping jobs running smoothly from start to finish in a fast-paced but supportive environment.

What You’ll Be Doing: -
- Coordinating reactive and planned maintenance across multiple sites
- Logging, tracking, and closing jobs via client portals and CAFM systems
- Scheduling engineers and subcontractors to meet SLAs and KPIs
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients and engineers
- Monitoring job progress and ensuring works are completed on time
- Raising purchase orders and managing costs against budgets
- Supporting PPM planning and improving operational efficiency
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety and statutory requirements
What They’re Looking For: -
- 3+ years’ experience in facilities maintenance coordination or similar
- Background in Facilities Management, Drainage, Construction, Utilities, or M&E
- Confident communicator who can deal with engineers and clients alike
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple jobs
- Experience working to SLAs, KPIs, and tight deadlines
- Comfortable using client portals, CAFM systems, and Microsoft Office
Desirable: -
- Knowledge of planned maintenance / PPM
- Understanding of M&E services
