A well-established Property Management company in Hull, is looking for their next full-time First Point of Contact Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity for someone keen about property, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the central hub for clients, customers and internal teams.

The FPOC Administrator will support the Team Leader and Management Team in ensuring the department operates efficiently. This includes working closely with property managers and tenants, responding to general enquiries, preparing communications and contributing to the overall performance of the department.

This is a 9am-5pm office based role.

Salary is £24,400 + fantastic benefits.

Duties

  • Supporting Property Managers and Managers with client, contractor and customer communications
  • Issuing routine correspondence using mail merges
  • Raising routine maintenance work orders as directed
  • Processing, filing, scanning and uploading documents to internal systems
  • Managing diaries, appointments, inspections and meeting notes
  • Liaising with internal departments to share property portfolio information
  • Attending internal meetings and completing required training
  • Working in line with ARMA, RICS and FCA guidelines, including TCF principles
  • Handling incoming calls and general email enquiries, escalating where needed
  • Maintaining a professional, punctual and courteous approach at all times
  • Contributing positively to team and departmental performance
  • Keeping up to date with legislation and best practice

What we're looking for

A successful candidate will have strong customer service experience and 1-2yr+ administrative experience in an office environment. An interest in the property sector would be a bonus!
