An established and impressive manufacturer is on the lookout for a Creative Product Executive in their offices in Tonbridge. In a creative and artistic industry, they are a hardworking and collaborative team that prides themselves on ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment. Working closely across internal teams, your role would be a varied one striving towards new product launches, seamless onboarding and management of new and existing products to add to their high-end, internationally supplied interiors brand.

Duties

• Identifying market trends, customer needs and gaps in the product range
• Collaborating with designers, engineers and suppliers to develop new collections
• Managing the product lifecycle from concept through to launch
• Coordinating launch timelines, strategy and market plans
• Sourcing new materials, components and partners
• Implementing procurement processes to improve efficiency and reduce risk
• Creating product guidelines

What we're looking for

A successful candidate for this role will be able to blend creativity with commercial thinking in a mixture of design and data driven decision making. This would suit someone from a creative industry (furniture, interiors, architectural products, fashion etc) who understands trends and visuals but can work strategically for maximum results.

Salary £30,000-38,000+ bonus and benefits!
