This position will be to support the Operations team, coordinating and managing administrative tasks related to the candidate experience. Your job will be to ensure all compliance, administrative and onboarding processes are completed efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements…
- Collating candidate information to create contracts and documents
- Preparing and issuing contracts, terms of engagement and assignment confirmations
- Coordinating onboarding and ensuring candidates are fully cleared before start dates
- Maintaining accurate records
- Supporting timesheet processing and liaising with payroll/ finance teams
A successful candidate will have exceptional attention to detail and organisation skills and exposure to a recruitment/compliance/HR administration or similar role!!!
