A dynamic and innovative company in Tunbridge Wells is on the lookout for a NEW Business Development Manager to drive growth and take ownership of creating new and impactful commercial opportunities and contracts within the event space. They are a relaxed and sociable team, with a passion for collaboration, success and a future-focused approach.
Working closely with the Leadership and Sales Team, your role would be to focus on building the company, working with strategy, intent and shaping the scale of the business and driving new opportunities. Duties would include:
- Analysing market and business trends
- Launching new events, helping shape revenue within the business
- Develop commercial proposals, relationships, sponsorships and events
- Building and managing pipelines to strengthen future plans
- Secure sponsorships and exhibitors
What we are looking for…
- Proven ability to and experience in developing business in a key and integral role
- Track record in revenue generation
- A motivated team player
- Negotiation skills
