Sales Support & Executive Assistant | Sevenoaks | £30,000 - £40,000 DOE


Our client, a growing and dynamic business, is seeking a highly organised Sales Support & Executive Assistant to provide crucial support across client communication and sales operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring enquiries are handled efficiently, introducers are liaised with, and the sales process runs smoothly, allowing the business leadership to focus on strategy and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for client enquiries via email and phone
  • Respond to client questions and provide accurate information about services
  • Support the sales process with documentation, follow-ups, and CRM management
  • Liaise with introducers and referral partners to maintain strong relationships
  • Manage and prioritise the business inbox, ensuring urgent matters are escalated appropriately
  • Assist with scheduling, meeting preparation, and general administrative tasks

Candidate Profile

  • Previous experience in sales support, client services, or PA/EA roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Proactive, confident, and capable of taking ownership of tasks
  • Professional and calm under pressure

What’s on Offer
