Overview
A successful and expanding business is on the lookout for a NEW Office Coordinator to join their friendly family-run team. This highly respected in their field, and offers genuine opportunities for long‑term progression as the role develops.
Working closely with the Operations Manager, you’ll become a key part of the day‑to‑day running of the office, supporting project activity, managing logistics, coordinating site requirements, and handling a wide range of administrative and operational tasks. No two days are the same, and for the right person, this role offers tremendous scope to grow a career in operations.
This position is Monday–Friday, full‑time office‑based.
Salary is dependent on experience. Higher salaries can be discussed .
Duties
- Handling general enquiries over the phone and by email
- Working closely with the senior team on day‑to‑day priorities
- Raising purchase orders and maintaining accurate records
- Managing on‑site equipment and coordinating stock
- Booking lodgings and travel arrangements for site‑based teams
- Assisting with the preparation and collation of site reports
- Supporting scheduling, planning and operational documentation
- Liaising with suppliers, contractors and internal teams when necessary
- Providing general office support to keep operations running smoothly
- Taking on additional responsibilities as the role grows over time

Due to the location, you must have access to your own vehicle.
