Overview

A successful and expanding business is on the lookout for a NEW Office Coordinator to join their friendly family-run team. This highly respected in their field, and offers genuine opportunities for long‑term progression as the role develops.

Working closely with the Operations Manager, you’ll become a key part of the day‑to‑day running of the office, supporting project activity, managing logistics, coordinating site requirements, and handling a wide range of administrative and operational tasks. No two days are the same, and for the right person, this role offers tremendous scope to grow a career in operations.

This position is Monday–Friday, full‑time office‑based.

Salary is dependent on experience. Higher salaries can be discussed .

Duties

  • Handling general enquiries over the phone and by email
  • Working closely with the senior team on day‑to‑day priorities
  • Raising purchase orders and maintaining accurate records
  • Managing on‑site equipment and coordinating stock
  • Booking lodgings and travel arrangements for site‑based teams
  • Assisting with the preparation and collation of site reports
  • Supporting scheduling, planning and operational documentation
  • Liaising with suppliers, contractors and internal teams when necessary
  • Providing general office support to keep operations running smoothly
  • Taking on additional responsibilities as the role grows over time

What we're looking for

A successful candidate for this role will bring strong administrative or coordination experience, excellent communication skills, good organisation, and a willingness to learn. Someone proactive, reliable, and eager to build a career would thrive here.

Due to the location, you must have access to your own vehicle.
