As part of a small team, you will have both access to support and opportunity to take ownership of product strategies...

Your role will involve working closely with internal teams to support new product launches, onboarding processes, and the ongoing management of both new and existing products within their premium interiors brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify market trends, customer needs and gaps within the range
• Collaborate with suppliers, designers, engineers and account managers to develop new collections
• Coordinate launch timelines, strategies and market plans
• Source new materials, components and external partners
• Implement procurement processes to improve efficiency and reduce risk
• Create and maintain product guidelines
• Manage the product lifecycle from concept through to launch
• Performance analysis, seeking opportunity for improvement and commercial growth

Salary up to £40,000
