Accounts Assistant – Build Your Career in a Growing Business

Sevenoaks | £30,000 – £35,000

You will be part of a supportive, fast-moving finance team where no two days are the same — and your contribution really matters.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Managing purchase & sales ledgers
  • Processing payments and scheduling payment runs
  • Performing bank and account reconciliations
  • Supporting CIS & VAT returns
  • Handling timesheets and expenses
  • Assisting with ad-hoc finance tasks across the department

What They’re Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Strong working knowledge of Sage 50 (essential)
  • Confident using Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables)
  • AAT qualified (or working towards) preferred
  • Construction industry experience is a bonus — not essential
