Accounts Administrator (Immediate Start Required) – Sevenoaks
We are urgently seeking a highly organised, personable and proactive Accounts Administrator to join our clients team on a temporary basis — starting immediately.
This is a varied, hands-on role supporting the Finance function and is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, can work at pace, and confidently hit the ground running in a busy environment.
Based in Sevenoaks, the office is easily accessible by train and car, and has free onsite parking available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Purchase ledger support and accurate financial data entry
- Processing and coding invoices with precision and attention to detail
- Assisting with supplier statement and credit card reconciliations
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
About You:
- Available to start immediately or at very short notice
- Proficient in Sage and Microsoft Excel (essential)
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Confident working with numbers and financial systems
- Positive, reliable, and a strong team player
- Previous office administration or finance support experience preferred
