This fantastic block management company is looking for someone who has demonstrable experience within this sector who can effectively look after a local portfolio of sites.

This company is excellent at allowing you to spread your wings and be trusted to look after your own portfolio of properties. Of course, there will always be help at hand as you'll be surrounded by a small team of qualified property managers.

As part of the training scheme, this company can help fund the remaining exams for your TPI qualification which will lead to quite a significant pay-rise after completion! The ideal candidate for this position would have started their TPIs (previously IRPMs) or if you are already ATPI or MTPI, this can be reflected in salary. Q.B.E can also be considered.

Salary ranges between £30,000-£36,400 on top of an extra £3,600 car allowance + bonus + benefits.

The company operates on a hybrid working environment so you'll only need to go into the office 2 days per week after probation!
