Great new vacancy – Join a highly established and successful property company from their Tunbridge Wells offices.

In this job, you will join a welcoming and supportive team, and take responsibility for managing a portfolio of residential properties throughout Tunbridge Wells and surrounding towns and villages.

The purpose of the role is to own the landlord and tenant experience, help manage the occupancy and to ensure property quality is maintained to high standards and within all industry rules and regulations.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Be the key point of contact for existing tenants and landlords within a ~200 property portfolio, including telephone and email communication
  • Liaise with the lettings team for new tenancies, conducting property inspections, check ins and preparing tenancy documents
  • Provide advice and guidance to landlords
  • Handle renewals
  • Organise maintenance including agreeing quotes and booking contractors
  • Collect deposits and ensure rent and arrears are managed efficiently
  • Keep accurate and compliant records of all legal requirements

Working hours: Mon-Fri (no weekend working)

Salary and benefits: £35,000 + benefits including team bonus (yearly), mileage allowance, company pension and great holiday allowance
