Are you an experienced Recruitment Consultant looking for a role where you can properly build your desk, work with established clients and be part of a recruitment business with a strong local reputation?

Recruitment Solutions is looking to speak with experienced recruiters who may be ready for their next move. We are continuing to grow across our commercial, temporary, permanent, legal and accounts divisions and we are keen to bring in people who want to make a real impact.

We have been part of the Tunbridge Wells and wider Kent business community for nearly 30 years, supporting local companies with temporary, permanent and contract recruitment. Our reputation has been built on doing things properly, meeting candidates face to face, understanding our clients in detail and focusing on long-term relationships rather than short-term wins.

The role

Depending on your experience, you could join one of our specialist areas, including:

Commercial temporary recruitment

Commercial permanent recruitment

Legal recruitment

Accounts and finance recruitment

You will be managing your own desk, developing client relationships, sourcing and interviewing candidates, taking vacancies, arranging interviews and delivering a high-quality recruitment service from start to finish.

We are particularly interested in speaking with recruiters who enjoy building relationships, understand the importance of candidate fit and want to work in a business where service still matters.

We are looking for someone who has:

Previous experience in recruitment, ideally within commercial, office support, temp, perm, legal, accounts, finance or a similar professional services market

A good understanding of the full recruitment process

The confidence to speak with clients and candidates at all levels

A consultative approach and the ability to build long-term relationships

Strong organisation, pace and follow-up

A positive attitude and the drive to grow a successful desk
