Description

GET INTO PROPERTY MANAGEMENT TODAY! NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED!

  • Do you... have an interest in property management but never had the chance to get involved?
  • Are you... looking for a career company that you can build a future with, not just any job?

... If so... Read on and apply TODAY! ...

This fantastic property management company with a fantastic training scheme is looking to appoint a NEW Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of local residential developments.

Their excellent reputation is highly indicated from their quick growth as a company, internal progression opportunities and outstanding reviews.

This is a very varied position where no two days will be the same and have opportunity for continuous personal development as you progress with them to further your skillset.

With training, this role involves the day-to-day management of a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring properties are well maintained, compliant and operating efficiently.

As part of the training scheme, this company can help fund the remaining exams for your TPI qualification which will lead to quite a significant pay-rise after completion! The ideal candidate for this position would have started their TPIs (previously IRPMs) or if you are already ATPI or MTPI, this can be reflected in salary. (but candidates qualified by experience with strong experience in leasehold property management can also be considered.)

Duties

  • Coordinating maintenance works
  • Managing service charge budgets
  • Liaising with residents
  • Clients and contractors
  • Overseeing health & safety compliance
  • Supporting meetings and major works projects and delivering a high standard of customer service across all aspects of property management.
  • ... (and so much more!)...

What we're looking for

Some strong prior office skills would be very beneficial and ideally within the property sector if possible. You must be able to drive and live within a 45 min commute of Shrewsbury.

Do you know anyone that could be interested in this position?

Apply TODAY to be considered immediately!
