Key Responsibilities:
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the legal team.
- Preparing, formatting, and proofreading legal documents and correspondence.
- Managing diaries, scheduling appointments, and arranging meetings.
- Opening and maintaining client files in accordance with company procedures.
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and post in a professional manner.
- Filing, scanning, and accurately maintaining electronic and paper records.
- Assisting with document management and compliance requirements.
- Liaising with clients and third parties, providing a courteous and professional service.
- Supporting the team with general office administration as required.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Previous administration experience, ideally within a legal or professional services environment.
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- The ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines.
- A positive, proactive, and team-oriented approach.
