About the Role

We are looking for an individual with an interest in Real Estate, to join a well renowned estate agents in Sevenoaks. Working within a team, you will be assisting in viewings for potential clients and assisting them throughout their viewing process.

This part time role, is Saturday’s only, you will also be expected to cover 1-2 days in the week.

You will be scheduling and leading tours, highlighting features, meeting buyers and understanding their specific needs, then matching them with suitable properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Deal progression, guiding sales or rentals through the admin process
• Liaise with solicitors, surveyors and other third parties
• Crafting property descriptions, taking photos and promoting listings.

Requirements

• Full Driving License and your own vehicle
• Flexibility to cover staff 1-2 days in the week
