This is an incredibly rare opportunity to join and be part of a small, growing business at a Senior level

As part of their growth, this is a new position, working closely with Directors to build and deliver business strategy covering sales (online/ecommerce, B2B and B2C), marketing (online and offline including Events), client and supplier relations, and team leadership…

You will be involved with all areas of a successful and ambitious retail e-commerce company, with an award-winning product line; reporting to and working with Directors.

Day-to-day, this might encompass:-
• Sales and Marketing – working with internal and external team to create and deliver strategy aiming to retain and grow the full customer and partnerships base
• Budget Management – working with Accountants to set/review budgets, forecasts and ensure smooth running
• Supplier Liaison – managing relationships and agreements with suppliers and partners
• Process Improvement – researching, reviewing and implementing procedural improvement such as CRM system, AI and more
• Quarterly strategy meetings and reports with the Directors
