Assembly Operator

Full time, temporary assembly role with a busy and long established company in Tonbridge, manufacturing speciality products. Excellent opportunity to use your aptitude for hands-on work and attention to detail in a local role with consistent hours and high standards.

In this position you'll be working with small components and learn to follow detailed instructions to produce a quality product. You should have a good eye for quality and be able to identify deviations and flaws, either rectifying yourself or escalating where necessary to maintain the business' reputation as a manufacturer of first-class goods. You may also assist in warehouse operations to keep everything running smoothly and on time, working as part of a team.

This is a fantastic chance for those with prior assembly or manufacturing experience to use their skills in a role offering a great work-life balance, friendly environment, and weekly pay. For those with no prior assembly experience but the desire, determination, and ability to learn, there may be the chance to receive training and support.
