Overview

A highly regarded and growing accountancy practice in Eastbourne is expanding and looking to appoint multiple Client Managers and Client Senior Managers to support continued growth across its client portfolio.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a modern and forward-thinking firm with a strong reputation in the local market. The successful candidates will take responsibility for managing client relationships, delivering exceptional service, and supporting businesses across a diverse range of sectors.

With multiple positions available, applications are welcomed from ACA/ACCA qualified professionals as well as highly experienced Qualified by Experience (QBE) candidates.

Salary is dependent on experience and qualifications. Higher salaries can be discussed.

Duties

• Managing a portfolio of clients and acting as their primary point of contact
• Reviewing statutory accounts, management accounts and tax returns
• Providing business, accounting and tax advice to clients
• Building and maintaining strong long-term client relationships
• Supporting business development and identifying opportunities within the client portfolio
• Assisting and mentoring junior members of the team
• Managing workflow and ensuring assignments are completed to a high standard
• Working closely with Partners and senior leadership on client matters
• Attending client meetings and providing commercially focused advice
• Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting and regulatory requirements

What we're looking for

A successful candidate will hold ACA or ACCA qualifications, although experienced QBE professionals will also be considered. Several years experience in a UK Accounting practice is essential and you must live within a 1hr commute of the office.
