Overview

Brand-new role being created due to company growth – with scope for training, development and career progression

Day-to-day, with training, you will empowered to manage full end-to-end recruitment processes, from finding and interviewing candidates, to developing client relationships, managing accounts and coordinating full recruitment processes.

You'll have opportunity and support to develop your own strategy around building a portfolio of clients and candidates; identifying high-quality matches based on personal understanding and meaningful relationships, right from the start.

Monday-Friday 9am - 5:30pm

Central Tunbridge Wells offices – accessible easily by train bus and car with free on street parking nearby.

Your On-Target-Earnings (OTE) in your first year averages between £40,000 - £50,000 per annum (£25,000 - £28,000 base rate).
