Day-to-day, you will lead the delivery of projects, both new build and refurb, through all stages. Duties might range:

• Producing and submitting concept designs using AutoCAD and Revit
• Preparing planning applications, and driving through to completion
• Technical design and detailed drawings
• Occasional site visits to support architectural processes
• Reviewing and signing off design and technical files, ensuring adherence to building regulations
• Organising all related documentation for projects
• Managing a small team - workload allocation, goal-setting, training and development
• Liaising with external partners through construction phases
