The Role:

• Supporting new product development and recipe formulation
• Conducting product testing, trials, and technical analysis
• Managing supplier specifications and technical documentation
• Ensuring packaging and labelling comply with current legislation
• Supporting product launches and managing critical path timelines
• Investigating and resolving production and customer-related issues
• Promoting food safety, quality standards, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Identifying alternative ingredients and cost-saving opportunities
• Building effective relationships with suppliers and internal teams
• Assisting with technical projects across the business

About You:

Previous experience within food manufacturing, food technology, new product development (NPD), quality, or a related food science environment is preferable.
