Working from fabulous offices near to Tonbridge (applicants must drive!), this is a newly created permanent vacancy, designed as a great move for someone who will enjoy day-to-day involvement with the smooth running of the company’s finance and operations.

You will join a friendly & welcoming team, responsible for all areas of business operations from finance to project planning/support.

Any experience with Microsoft Excel, Quickbooks, SAGE or a similar system would be beneficial – training will be provided!

Day-to-day, reporting into an Operations Manager, your role will encompass:-

  • Company expenses administration – booking travel, accommodation and signing off expenses
  • Invoicing
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Producing reports
  • Managing email and telephone enquiries
  • Liaising with and placing orders from suppliers
  • Ad hoc involvement across the business, such as supporting company events and administrative support to the sales team.

For success with this position, you will ideally bring 1+ year experience in an office environment. Any exposure to using Microsoft Excel, SAGE, Quickbooks or similar professionally will be beneficial.
