Basic Salary up to £25000 + uncapped bonus. Realistic OTE year 1: £35,000; year 2 £45-50,000; year 3 £60-70,000
Mon-Fri 37,5 hours – chance to move away from weekend working!

For success within this role, you MUST be able to access Tunbridge Wells on a Mon-Fri basis. You will need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills; high levels of self-motivation and personal drive/ambition; and ability to plan, prioritise and organise your time efficiently. Direct experience is not required.
