Recruitment Consultant
Location: Tunbridge Wells, Sevenoaks or Kings Hill (Office-based)
Salary: Competitive basic + uncapped commission
Job Type: Permanent | Full-time | Monday to Friday

About Us

At Recruitment Solutions, we have been successfully placing candidates across the South East for over 26 years. With 20 staff across Tunbridge Wells, Sevenoaks and Kings Hill, we are known for our relationship-led, local approach, and a genuine commitment to quality both for our clients and our candidates.

Each of our offices is led by someone who started as a Recruitment Consultant, so we understand what it takes to succeed, and we are passionate about helping you grow.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Building relationships with local businesses and understanding their recruitment needs
  • Interviewing candidates face-to-face and matching them to suitable opportunities
  • Proactively calling and approaching new clients to introduce our service
  • Managing the full recruitment process – from vacancy brief to placement
  • Promoting our service with energy, professionalism, and confidence
  • Working across a wide variety of vacancies – from entry level to senior appointments

What We Are Looking For:

  • At least 1 year’s experience in a sales, office or customer service role
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to work
  • Confident, personable and motivated to succeed
  • Resilient and able to manage a fast-paced workload
  • A positive team player who enjoys working with others

Recruitment experience is welcomed but not essential – full training is provided.
