Are you looking for a varied day-to-day role, using your communication, organisational and planning skills, seeing tasks from start to completion?

If yes… then this is the role for you!

Leading, nationally-trading service supplier – working with many high profile projects and clients throughout the UK

Busy and varied role, playing a crucial role in the management of existing customer contracts. Duties might range:-

  • Team leadership – resource / workforce planning and workload allocation
  • Induction, training and management of team members
  • Handling escalated customer queries
  • Customer meetings including service reviews and producing contract/SLA reports
  • Budget management / sign off for services
  • Placing orders from suppliers
  • Liaising with Team Leaders throughout the company
  • Assisting implement new ideas, projects and processes
  • Ad hoc other tasks

Mon – Fri 37,5 hrs

£32-35000
